*How Soon Will I Hear Back?
We make every effort to respond back within one week. If you still don't hear back, please get us together and email us at info@thehousechi.com.
*How Are Artists Selected For A Showcase?
Once we receive your submission, we will review your material. If deemed a good fit, we will contact you. Each showcase is themed and some artists may be more suited for a particular showcase. I mean who wants to hear Celine Dion sing "Hot Boyz" by Missy Elliot at the R&B/Hip Hop Crossover Show.
*If I'm Selected, What's Next?

*Will I Have Access To The House Band And BGVs?
Absolutely! Our House Band and BGVs are there to support you in providing a full live music experience for your set.
*Are There Rehearsals?
Are you trying to wing it or something?!?! YES, of course. Generally, there are 1-2 rehearsals. We will coordinate with the artists, House Band and BGVS' schedules collectively, then provide the artists with their respective date and time slot.
*How Long Are The Sets During The Showcase?
Special Guests have 15 minutes; Featured Artists have 45min-1hr, unless we provide different instruction.
*Is There Compensation?
Featured Artists are provided a flat fee. Although not compensated, Special Guests may utilize the House Band and BGVS...cause honey, we all know how much a full band and bgvs costs, but you're get it for free!!! Heyyy now!!!
*Can I Invite People To The Show?
Uhhhhh yeah, this is YOUR SHOW!!! LOL. Invite as many people as you can and tell those people to invite as many people as they can. The point is to expand your audience. Plus, the more the merrier. Just remember, they still have to pay ;-).
